Through activities like this, children use parts of their brain that are often less active and have to apply quick thinking skills. Following these short bursts of activites, it is claimed that children's attention is boosted. We've enjoyed trialing this in the school and have had lots of fun.
Useful tips are to start slow and take your time to learn each step. Once mastering the basic steps then you can speed it up. We've been practising The 3-3-3 Stack. Everybody is doing really well and we already have a few children that are 3 stacking almost 1 a second. You never know - we may have a World Champion in our sights. Keep it up!
