Assessment Week

Tips for Year 6

- Rest and sleep well
- Eat healthy foods and remember to have breakfast
- Drink lots of water to hydrate the brain - bring a water bottle into school
- Plan to do something nice this weekend and next weekend
- Speak to somebody if you are feeling unwell or nervous

This is a celebration of what you have achieved.
Do your best - this is enough and we will be very proud of you all.
